Silicone electric heating film adopts heating film heating core technology, and heating film manufacturers can basically deal with the following problems:
1. The heating plate heats evenly, which cannot be achieved by ordinary heating wires. The ordinary heating wires are arranged artificially when used on the silicon rubber electric heating belt. There is no difference in the width between the lines. The heating plate is designed by computer. The spacing can be accurate to two decimal places;
2. The heating plate has stable power and fast heating. The silicon rubber heating plate using the heating plate has the characteristics of fast heating and high heat conversion. The internal alloy resistance plate is generally iron-chromium-aluminum alloy. This kind of material is naturally the first choice for the heating core;

3. The silicon rubber heating plate adopts metal heating plate to greatly increase the unit power density, up to 2W/cm2;
The heating plate has the above advantages, but at the same time there will be some shortcomings in practical use, as follows:
1. In practical consumption, some parts of the silicone rubber heating plate are relatively long, but there are more or less restrictions on the length of the heating plate;
2. The width of the heating plate determines the width of the silicone rubber heating plate, and the conventional heating plate is also tens of centimeters wide, due to the limitation of the etching machine;
3. From the beginning of the design, the heating film has higher requirements than the artificial threading method, and each process is more rigorous;
4. Silicone rubber heating plate with heating plate, the price per square meter is higher than the cost of artificial cloth silk.
The highest operating temperature of the electric heating element is 300℃, and the lowest operating temperature is -200℃. The low-temperature electric heating film has a maximum operating temperature of 130°C and a minimum operating temperature of -200°C. These two kinds of film heaters can also be integrated with the heat insulation layer and PSA glue for users to choose, or related sensors, such as temperature sensors, can be integrated with this product. The operating temperature range of products using PSA glue is: 150°C to -35°C. The operating voltage is generally less than 220V.
