1. The heating part of the single-head electric heating tube should be completely immersed in the heating medium to avoid damage to the heating tube due to undesirable heat dissipation and exceeding the allowable heating temperature. In addition, the lead-out part of the wiring should be exposed to the heat insulation layer of the heater or outside the heater, so that this part should not be damaged by overheating.
2. Input power, the voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage marked on the various electric heating tubes. If it is suitable for lower than the rated voltage, the heat generated by the single-head electric heating tube will also decrease.
3. For the terminal of the electric heating tube, two nuts should be used for relative fastening when wiring. Do not use too much force to avoid the loosening of the lead screw and damage the electric heating tube.
4. The terminal of the single-head electric heating tube should be kept clean and dry. Otherwise, it will reduce the insulation performance and be short-circuited. If it is used in a chemically corrosive, flammable, explosive and other liquid or gas environment, the electric heating tube should be connected. Strictly protect with insulating and sealing devices to prevent accidents.

5. When heating some viscose and other substances, such as sodium nitrate, stearic acid, paraffin, etc., the power supply voltage should be lowered at the beginning of heating to reduce the calorific value of the electric heating tube. Voltage for heating.
6. Special attention should be paid to the heating medium when selecting single-head electric heating tubes. It should have no corrosive effect on the electric heating tube shell material.
7. The single-head electric heating tube has been used for a long time. If thick tube dirt or grease accumulates on the surface, it should be removed regularly. Otherwise, the heat transfer performance of the electric heating tube will be reduced and the heat load on the surface of the tube will exceed the rated allowable damage.
8. The single-head electric heating tube should be stored in a dry warehouse. If the surface is damp due to long-term storage, use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance. If it is less than 1 megohm/500 volts, the heating tube should be placed in a drying oven at 200 degrees for drying.
9. The special electric heating tube should read the relevant instructions in detail before installation and use, so as not to damage it.
