1. The wire should be designed according to the power wiring method and reasonable surface load, and the wire diameter should be correctly selected;
2. The electric furnace wire should be fully inspected before installation, remove the hidden dangers of ferrite, carbon formation, and contact with the electric furnace, and avoid short circuit to prevent the breakdown of the furnace wire;
3. The electric furnace wire should be correctly connected according to the designed wiring method during installation;
4. Check the sensitivity of the temperature control system before using the electric furnace wire to prevent temperature failure and cause the electric furnace wire to burn.
