The effect is not the same. The star current is small.
The star connection and delta connection method of three-phase electric heating mainly depend on the working voltage of the electrical appliance. If it is 220V, it is connected to the star, and if it is 380V, it is angular.
Take three heating elements as an example
Star connection: three heating elements, the head end of each element (in fact, there is no head and tail, just for the convenience of description) connected together (this point is called the neutral point), the three tail ends are connected to three phase lines, this connection is called star connection.
When the rated voltage of the three components is 220 volts, the star connection method can be used. If the three components have different resistance values, the neutral point should be connected to the neutral line.
Triangle connection: three heating elements, the first end of each element is connected to the tail end of another element, and the three contacts are connected to three phase lines, this connection is called the triangle connection.
When the rated voltage of the three components is 380 volts, the delta connection method can be used. If the resistance values of the three components are different, it does not affect the feasibility of this connection.
