Second, the use of single-head electric heating tube in the liquid needs to be selected according to the medium of heating the liquid.
Electric heating tube, especially in the corrosive liquid working environment, should be selected according to the characteristics of the material, and secondly, the surface load of the heating tube should be controlled according to the medium of the heating liquid. Overloading of single-head electric heating pipes may cause potential safety hazards and short circuit damage caused by electric heating pipes.
Third, the single-head heating tube is used in the mold hole, which is customized according to the reserved installation hole on the mold.
The outer diameter of the single-head heating tube must be a negative tolerance length, please try to reduce the heating tube and the mounting hole. When the key is finely processed to install the hole, the single-side gap is recommended to take within 0.05 mm, and the gap between the single-head heating rod and the mold hole is not more than 0.15 mm, otherwise it will be because the gap is too large, resulting in poor heat conduction efficiency of the heating rod during the heating process, and the phenomenon of heating wire inside the heat length section may occur, and the ideal gap is best controlled at 0.1 mm.
