The heating of the electric heating tube mainly relies on the internal heating wire to generate heat through the current, and the wiring method determines the current and voltage state of the energization, so the wiring method of the electric heating tube is very important.

Under reasonable usage conditions, the higher the voltage and power, the higher the heating efficiency. The wiring method of the heating tube determines the way the external voltage and current pass through the resistance wire, so the choice of the wiring method of the electric heating tube has very important practical significance. So how do we choose the wiring method of the electric heating tube?
Here is a brief introduction to this problem: There are two commonly used wiring methods for electric heating tubes on heating tubes: delta connection and star connection (also known as Y-connection)
Introduction of electric heating pipe connection method
1, Delta connection:
① Delta connection: the first end of each element of the electric heating tube is connected to the end of another element, and the three contacts are respectively connected to the three phase wires;
②The characteristics of the delta connection method: the rated voltage of the three electric heating tube elements is 380 volts; if the resistance values of the three elements are different, it does not affect the feasibility of this connection method. The power and current of the delta connection are three times that of the star connection.
2, Star connection:
①Star connection method: the heating elements of three electric heating tubes, the head end of each element is connected together (this point is called the neutral point), and the three tail ends are respectively connected to three phase wires.
②When the rated voltage of the three components is 220V; if the resistance values of the three components are different, the neutral point should be connected to the neutral line.
The above is an introduction to the electric heating tube connection method. What other good connections can you share?
