Instructions for use of the heating wire:
1. It will heat up when it is directly energized, a heating wire, two heads, one end is connected to the live wire, the other end is connected to the neutral wire, and there is no need to divide the positive and negative poles;
2. Determine the length of use, do not cut it short! Keep the length! Because the same heating wire, under the same voltage, the shorter the power, the higher the temperature, the higher the temperature, and the short to the limit, the insulating sheath melts, smokes, and fires!
3. When testing the heat in the air, the heating wire must be spread out, and it is not possible to energize the whole roll or make a pile of electricity for a long time to generate heat;
4. The heating wire is hot when energized, and the temperature of the wire surface is too high. Pay attention to burns or other materials close to the heating wire. The temperature resistance point is insufficient!
5. When using the heating wire, if it needs to be arranged, it cannot be arranged in a cross, and it cannot be completely overlapped. There should be a little space between the wires, so as not to double the heat when the wires collide, causing unnecessary trouble!
