3. The allowable working temperature is less than 150°C in the case of stick-on installation.

4. In the case of dry burning in the air, the power density should be less than 1 W/cm2 due to the temperature resistance of the material; in the non-continuous working condition, the power density can reach 1.4 W/cm2.

5. The working voltage selection is based on the principle of high power-high voltage and low power-low voltage, and special needs can be listed.

Installation Precautions

1. The structure of the electric heater itself is not waterproof, so please do not come in contact with oil, water, or plastic particles during use to prevent electric leakage.

2. When using, the electric heating sheet must be closely attached to the heated body. The surface of the heated object should be flat and complete, and the uneven surface area should not be used for heating, otherwise it should be explained in advance.

3. After the electric heater is used, it should not produce charred black color on the heating surface, because this phenomenon indicates that the heat generation and heat absorption have not reached a balance.

4. When heating used electric heaters, avoid disassembly and assembly that will cause the heating wire to break, which will affect the operating life.

If there is a special, high-temperature place for use, it needs to be explained in advance to design a suitable heating element.
