It's easy to do if you have a power supply. First apply insulation cotton to the inner wall of the container. Then attach an electric heating film or heating wire to the insulation cotton. Just put another layer of protection.
If the temperature is higher, install infrared heating tubes directly around the perimeter, like a paint baking room.
Some containers have a heating device, that is, MG, (motor generator), which is used for freeze protection.
