Daily maintenance of far-infrared ceramic heater

Infrared is an electromagnetic wave. In the solar spectrum, outside the red end of visible light, it is an invisible radiant energy. In the electromagnetic spectrum, the wavelength range of infrared rays is between 0.75 and 1000 microns, and the frequency range is between 3×10 and 4×10 Hz. In industrial applications, the infrared spectrum is often divided into several bands: 0.75 ~ 3.0 microns for the near-infrared region; 3.0 ~ 6.0 microns for the mid-infrared region; 6.0 ~ 15.0 microns for the far-infrared region; 15.0 ~ 1000 microns for the extremely far infrared Area. Different objects have different ability to absorb infrared rays. Even the same object has different ability to absorb infrared rays of different wavelengths. Because infrared has strong penetrating ability, it is easy to be absorbed by objects, and once absorbed by objects, it is immediately converted into heat energy; the energy loss before and after infrared heating is small, the temperature is easy to control, and the heating quality is high. Therefore, the application of infrared heating is developing rapidly.
For example, the lamp type is an infrared light bulb with a tungsten wire as the radiator, which is sealed in a glass shell filled with inert gas, just like a general lighting bulb. The radiator generates heat after being energized (the temperature is lower than that of general lighting bulbs), which emits a large amount of infrared rays with a wavelength of about 1.2 microns. If the inner wall of the glass shell is coated with a reflective layer, infrared rays can be concentrated in one direction, so the lamp-type infrared radiation source is also called a reflective infrared radiator.
Daily maintenance of infrared heaters
Far infrared ceramic heater
1. After the infrared heater has been running for a period of time (according to the user's use), the ignition plug should be unscrewed to clean up the carbon deposits. If the ignition plug is burned out, the ignition plug should be removed and replaced with a new one.
2. If too much carbon deposits cause the thermal efficiency to decrease, clean the radiating fins on the inner wall of the water jacket and the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber.
3. If you find that the intake pipe, exhaust pipe and drip pipe of the infrared heater are blocked by mud, please clean and dredge them in time. Please keep the heater compartment clean, and it is strictly forbidden to place flammable debris around.
4. Ensure that the oil tank, oil pipe and oil filter solenoid valve are clean to prevent dirt from blocking the oil circuit.
5. In the infrared heater circulation system, an antifreeze compatible with the ambient temperature should be used as the circulating heating medium.
6. The infrared heater water pump should be checked regularly according to the user's usage. If the water seal part that plays a role of sealing is found to be leaking, or the water pump is difficult to start and run, it should be overhauled in time. The main motor mostly used by infrared heaters does not need to be repaired after 5000 hours of use under normal conditions. If it does not work properly due to long use time or other reasons, it should be overhauled and the carbon brush wear or bearing lubrication should be checked, if necessary Please add grease or replace the carbon brush.
7. The automatic control box, oil filter electromagnetic rice and other electrical components on the infrared heater host are maintained according to general low-voltage electrical maintenance methods. The performance parameters of the automatic control box are carefully debugged by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and the user should not modify it without authorization. .
8. Ensure that the thermal control is in good condition, and check it regularly. If the micro switch is found to be malfunctioning or damaged, please replace it in time. During the warm season when the heater is not in use, please start it regularly 4 to 5 times, and run for about 5 minutes each time to ensure that the heater operates normally the next time it is used.
