How to connect the dial heating tape?
1. Open the box cover of the electric tropical thermostat, unscrew the adapter, and enter the wiring cavity through the cable of the cable entering box through the adapter, pressing ring and rubber sealing ring.
2. In the single-phase system with working voltage of 220V, 380V or 110V, one core wire in the incoming and outgoing wires will be connected to the "T1" and "T2" terminal posts respectively; The remaining inlet box is connected to the "shorted" post with one outlet wire, and then tightens the socket and attaches the terminal cover screw.
3. Open the lid of the temperature adjustment box, align the medium process temperature number on the knob with the small red reference point on the core tape, and then tighten the lid screw.
4. The box seat is fixed in the appropriate part of the pipeline with a pipe card (generally in the electric heat trace power junction box accessory), and the temperature probe is laid on the surface of the measured pipeline with heat-resistant tape, and the temperature sensing package is tightly attached to the part of the measured temperature of the pipeline, and tied firmly with heat-resistant tape, and the installation part of the temperature sensing probe should be away from the electric cable to prevent misoperation.
5. The power line is connected to the power grid, and the control line is connected to the electric cable through the explosion-proof power junction box, and the detection is correct.
