How do single-head electric heating tubes boil water for dry heating? Single-head electric heating tubes can be used to heat liquids or dry heating. The single-head electric heating tube used for dry heating can be used to heat water, but it must be protected against water so that water does not enter the nozzle. However, the single-head electric heating tube originally used for heating water cannot be used for dry burning, because the surface load of the heating water tube is greater than the surface load of the heating air tube, so it is easy to burn the electric heating tube.

Single-head electric heating tube should pay attention to the following issues:
1. The electric heating tube should be well positioned and fixed, and the useful heating area must be immersed in liquid or solid metal. Empty burning is strictly prohibited. When it is found that there is scale or carbon on the surface of the tube, it should be cleaned and reused in time to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening the service life.
2. When heating fusible metals or solid nitrate, alkali, bitumen, paraffin, etc., the operating voltage should be lowered first, and the additional voltage can be increased after the medium is melted.

3. The components should be interspersed and evenly placed when heating the air, so that the components have outstanding heat dissipation conditions, so that the air flowing through can be fully heated.
4. Safety measures should be considered when heating nitrate to avoid blasting incidents.
5. Some of the wiring should be placed outside the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture; the lead wire should be able to accept the temperature and heating load of the wiring for a long time, and excessive force should be avoided when the wiring screw is tightened.
6. The components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ due to long-term storage, they can be dried in an oven at 200°C, or the voltage should be energized and heated until the insulation resistance is restored.
The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube avoids the infiltration of pollutants and moisture in the application place, and avoids the occurrence of electric leakage.
