PTC electric heater fan usually uses a thermostat with a temperature of 65~150°C to control the air outlet temperature.
There are usually two thermostats for PTC heaters, one is the temperature of the PTC heating device and the other is the temperature of the air outlet.
Usually we design the temperature to be 20-26 degrees, so the temperature of the heating element is diffused by the air and fed back to the detection probe to the circuit to control the air outlet temperature. The basic air conditioning control is like this.
However, PTC hot air blowers are not so complicated for the time being, and the temperature controller of the air outlet and the thermostat of the heating element usually use the temperature control element of bimetallic reeds.
