The characteristics of the delta connection method: the rated voltage of the three electric heating tube elements is 380 volts; if the resistance values of the three elements are different, it does not affect the feasibility of this connection method. The power and current of the delta connection are three times that of the star connection.

A. Star connection method: the heating elements of three electric heating tubes, the head end of each element is connected together (this point is called the neutral point), and the three tail ends are respectively connected to three phase wires.
B. When the rated voltage of the three components is 220V; if the resistance values of the three components are different, the neutral point should be connected to the neutral line.
Heat pipe wiring precautions:
If it is a heating tube with a rated voltage of 220V, it needs to be connected to a 380V circuit, and a star connection is required.
If it is a heating tube with a rated voltage of 380V, it needs to be connected to a 380V circuit, and a delta connection is required.
If it is a heating tube with a rated voltage of 380V, the rated power of the heating tube cannot be reached if the star connection method is used. The actual power is about one third of the original rated power (220*220)/(380*380).
