Problem 2: The electrical heat trace PTC resistance matrix elements are unevenly arranged or the resistance value is damaged, that is, the performance of the electric trace itself changes.

Problem 3: Exceeding the length of use of the electric heat trace itself

Solution: Please use according to the exact design requirements, if the length of the heat trace exceeds the length of the cable itself, according to the standard length of use, provide a power point in the middle, and install the power junction box.

Problem 5: Power supply circuit or voltage problems, such as the supply voltage is zero or low


Solution: To overhaul the power supply system, you can set up an independent electric heating system power supply point to ensure sufficient power supply voltage.


Problem 6: Electric heat tracing insulation layer, when the insulation layer is too thin, the heat storage performance is affected, and the heating effect is not good.

Solution: replace or thicken the insulation layer;
