Melt blown cloth production equipment (1) Screw extruder: melt the slices. (2) Metering pump: Control the output and the fineness of the fiber to continuously deliver the melt to the spinneret. (3) Melt filter: filter the impurities in the melt. (4) Conveying net curtain: Make the melt blown fiber evenly received and spread on the net. (5) Spinning box: After the fiber is ejected, it is stretched with high-speed hot air immediately to blow the fiber and become ultra-fine fiber. (6) Feeding system: It is composed of 3 measuring hoppers, which are used to measure white slices, masterbatch, and additives. (7) Hot air blower and heater: provide the temperature and pressure of the hot air used in the spinning air drawing, use electricity for heating, and consume a lot of power. (8) Coiling machine: adopts fully automatic coiling to pack the melt blown cloth into rolls.
