The core part of the silica gel heater is vulcanized by insulating and thermally conductive silica gel cloth and a resistance core designed to a certain specification.
Thermally conductive insulating silica gel cloth is made of high-temperature and high-strength glass fiber cloth as the base material, and is compounded by silicone rubber through a special process. It is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite material.
The main performance and characteristics of silicone rubber fiberglass cloth:
1. Excellent high temperature and low temperature resistance (between low temperature -70℃ and high temperature 280℃; good heat preservation performance).
2. High strength; both soft and tough, can be cut and processed.
3. Good chemical resistance; oil and water resistance [can be scrubbed].
4. Resistance to heat aging and weathering, as well as resistance to ozone, oxygen, light, etc.
5. High mechanical strength, mechanical pressure 200kg/cm2.
6. It has high insulation performance, dielectric constant 3~3.2, breakdown voltage 20~50kv/mm.
The structure is diverse, and the position of the lead wire can be designed according to actual needs.
