1. The design of the electric heating tube should meet the requirements of convenient use and replacement, reliability, durability, safety, economy, reasonableness and energy saving;


2. The design of the electric heating tube should conform to the basic indicators and general component standards of relevant electromechanical products, such as unit tolerance and fit, shape and position tolerance, threaded solid parts, power supply voltage, power supply frequency and other standards;


3. Environmental conditions

(1) The ambient temperature is 25-55℃;


(2) The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 90% (the over-range electric heating tube is tested before use);


(3) There is no conductive dust, explosive gas, metal damage or gas corrosive to insulating materials around;


(4) No obvious shock and vibration.


4. Safety and hygiene


(1) Far-infrared coating is non-toxic


5. Examples


1) Furnace volume: 1,400℃, 2 hours heating up 12kw/24kw


2) Protective layer: glass wool, 850mm or direct bricks are placed in the middle of the iron sheet, and the inner wall of the furnace is all stainless steel.


3) The furnace top blower blows downwards to make the temperature in the furnace uniform.


4) Thermometer: 400℃, matching thermocouple.


5) AC contactor: 380v, 20A.


6) Electric heating tube w type Φ16, each 380v 4kw 10# surface far infrared, △ wiring, surface load 2.5w/cm2
