Construction of electric tropics:
(1) The installation of electric heat tracing should be carried out after the pipeline installation is completed and the sweeping line is completed.
(2) Electric heat tracing is generally laid at 45 °C below the pipeline side.
(3) During construction, use pressure-sensitive tape to fix the electric tropical radial on the pipeline every 0.6m or so.
(4) Then cover the laid electric tropics with aluminum tape and flatten them forcefully to make the electric tracing close to the pipeline and improve the heating efficiency.
(5) The installation of electric heat tracing should fully consider the possibility of maintenance and disassembly of pipeline accessories or equipment, and leave a maintenance margin. If the valve is encountered, the electric tropical curve can be folded or double-wired, and wound on the valve, which is convenient for disassembly during maintenance and restored to use after maintenance.
(6) Cross-stacking is not allowed during the installation of constant power electric tracing to avoid overheating at the cross-stacking and affecting the normal service life of the product.
(7) When installing the end end, you must pay attention to the core wire, and the heating wire and the braid layer cannot collide with each other, otherwise it will cause a short circuit.
(8) When the installation length is less than 5m, pay attention to the treatment of the cold end. (Under the same temperature control, a power supply point can be used to connect several short wires in series into a loop to reduce the cold junction.) ）
(9) The installation and wiring of electric tropical accessories, temperature control controllers, junction boxes, temperature control boxes, etc. are required to be correct and reliable, and pay attention to waterproofing.
(10) When the temperature control controller is installed, it can only be installed horizontally and vertically downward. Installation wiring must be correct and reliable. Adjust its set temperature to the medium maintenance temperature. The temperature probe is generally placed parallel to the electric trace, and the separation distance is about 2 cm.
(11) Waterproof glue can be filled in the inner cavity of the junction box in humid areas, and explosion-proof cement can be filled with the connection port of components in explosion-proof areas.
(12) In addition to the reliable grounding protection of the medium pipeline system, the electric heating system should be reliably grounded (the grounding resistance is not more than 4Ω) of the braid layer of the electric tracing system.
