As we all know, after the installation of the cold storage, it will run day and night all year round, so it is inevitable to encounter more or less fault problems, how should I deal with these fault problems? Next, I will summarize the common glitch handling methods.
1) The combined cold storage is not refrigerated or the cooling effect is poor:
Check whether the condenser of the refrigerator is dirty;
Check whether the evaporator in the library is too thick with frost;
Check whether the refrigerant leaks (apply soapy water to the pipeline connection, bubbles are generated to indicate that the refrigerant is leaking), and ask the cold storage engineering personnel to replenish the refrigerant and treat the leakage;
Check whether the seal of the cold storage door is intact and exclude it;
Check whether the chiller of the cold storage is working;
Check whether the parameter settings controlled by the cold storage computer are correct;
Check whether the control of the cold storage has failed and replace it.
Special reminder: often observe the operating status of the compressor of the cold storage equipment, check its exhaust temperature, pay special attention to the operating status of the system when the season is running, and adjust the liquid supply and condensation temperature of the system in time.
2) The combined cold storage door starts frequently, does not start for a long time, does not stop for a long time or stops when the warehouse temperature is not reached:
Check whether there is dirt on the condenser, poor heat dissipation will lead to high condensation pressure of the refrigerator, in order to protect the compressor, under the action of pressure control the machine stops running, wait until the heat dissipation is good, press the black reset button on the pressure controller, the machine can automatically resume operation.
3) The control parameters are set incorrectly:
Just reset it.
4) The lighting in the library is not on:
Check whether the switch is out of order and whether the bulb is damaged. When inspecting, cut off the power supply, and pay attention to the waterproof of the lamp when installing the lampshade.
5) The combined cold storage door is not tightly closed:
Adjust the hinge on the warehouse door and the spacing between the door lock and the warehouse body.
