1. Product use
1) Silicone electric heating pads can be used in damp, non-explosive gas occasions, industrial equipment pipelines, tanks, etc. for mixing and heat preservation (oil drum heaters), and can be directly wrapped on the surface of the heated object.

Four. Matters needing attention
1) The silicone rubber heating plate is a non-waterproof structure, so do not contact with oil, water, or plastic particles during storage, use and installation to prevent leakage.
2) The manufacturer of the heating plate recommends checking whether the installation position is consistent with the specifications of the silicone rubber heating plate and whether the operating voltage is consistent before installation.
3) The heating plate manufacturer recommends that the electric heating plate and the heated body must be closely attached during installation. The surface of the heated body should be flat and complete without unevenness.
4) If the surface of the electric heating plate is found to have a scorched black color after use, it indicates that the heat generation and the heat dissipation of the heated body are unbalanced, and should be adjusted in time to prevent burn-through.
5) It is forbidden to bend or drill the finished product of the silicon rubber heating plate at will, otherwise it will damage the internal heating element, and even cause electric shock, leakage and other dangers.
