1. The ground wire is not connected;
2. The insulation of the electric heating pipe is damaged (this may be an insulation magnesium oxide powder or joint insulation problem);
3. The electric heating tube burns out and the cup body is short-circuited;
4. Improper cleaning, water contact with the terminal post of stainless steel electric heating pipe;
5. The circuit wire falls off and collides with the cup;
6. Excessive dirt in electric heating sockets or power plugs;
7. The water quality is too poor and the water pollution is serious;




Workaround
1. Connect the ground wire as required and check whether it is correct;
2. If such an incident occurs, it is recommended to replace it for inspection and repair;
3. The electric heating pipe is damaged and replaced with the electric heating pipe of the same specification;
4. Stainless steel heating tube cleaning and drying is correct;
5. Check the wire removal and re-weld firmly;
6. Clean and dry properly;
