Solution: replace the heating tube; re-welding; replace the suitable resistance wire electric heating tube, under normal circumstances, iron, chromium, aluminum resistance wire can be used. Remove dirt, repair or replace parts; repair or replace power plugs or electric heating sockets.
Fault ②No heating up
Reason: For the adjustable temperature control heating tube, the contact of the temperature controller is not good or melted, the power supply is abnormal or out of power, the resistance wire is melted, the power cord plug and the electric heating socket have poor contact, the wire is broken, the electric heating tube is burned, and the heat pipe guide plate Or the lead falls off.
Solution: The heating tube is not easy to repair, it is recommended to replace it; the power supply is used normally; the heating tube is scrapped, the same type of resistance wire is reinstalled; the inspection line is repaired or replaced; the electric heating tube of the same specification is replaced and installed; the guide plate or lead wire is re-welded.
Fault ③Leakage phenomenon occurs
Reasons: the wire falls off and the cup body collides; the electric heating tube burns and the cup body is short-circuited; it is not connected to the ground wire; the electric heating socket or power plug is too dirty; the insulation of the electric heating tube is damaged; improper cleaning, and the water is exposed to the cup.
Solution: check the disconnection and re-welding; the electric heating tube is damaged, replace it with the same specification electric heating tube; connect the ground wire as required and check whether it is correct; clean and dry correctly; check whether it is still recommended for replacement; clean and dry properly.
