1. Low thermal efficiency and more power consumption

(2) The glass tube has high hardness, but small toughness and limited pressure-bearing capacity. When steam appears inside, the glass tube breaks as a result. During transportation or installation, it is easy to break due to collision and excessive vibration.
(3) Once the glass tube is exploded or cracked, there will be water leakage during use, and the current on the outer wall of the glass tube is connected to the water in the glass tube, so that the water is charged and endangers life safety.
4. Short continuous boot time
The product heated by glass tube can have a short continuous start-up time. Generally, after 20 minutes of use at most when the machine is turned on, the shell of the water heater will be hot, so it needs to be shut down for 10 minutes to continue to use. SOAI water heaters will not be used continuously for a long time.
5. The effect of multi-channel and multi-point water supply is poor
The pressure-bearing capacity of the glass heater is poor, and if the water supply is multiple, it is easy to cause the glass tube to burst.
When the water is turned off after use, the temperature inside the machine will rise instantly, the pressure of the glass tube will increase, and the machine will make a lot of noise, which will reduce the service life.
6. The power will naturally attenuate and the service life will be short
(1) PTC electric heating film begins to attenuate after a period of work, and the power of the conductive coating will decrease by 5%-10% every year, and the power will decrease significantly. Under normal circumstances, non-metallic heaters can no longer work properly after 2 years of use.
(2) The heater is subjected to alternating cold and hot during work, and the thermal expansion and contraction of the two materials and the speed are inconsistent, causing the electric heating film to be pulled off along the axial direction and scrapped.
7. Machine parts have a short service life
Due to the use of external heating, the heat energy is lost, and the lost heat energy affects the transformer, computer motherboard, and wire of the water heater for a long time, resulting in a short service life of electrical components.
The interface between glass and glass can only be connected with plastic. When bathing, the plastic is high temperature for a long time, and the maximum temperature of the end can reach 300 degrees when heating. After thermal expansion and contraction, it is easy to age, and then the interface between the glass will leak water, resulting in leakage, and accidents will occur.
8. Due to technical bottlenecks, there is no three-phase electric water heater
Due to the limited glass tube heating technology, poor process technology, and immature product technology, there is no way to produce three-phase electric water heaters, and the product line is short.
9. High retreat rate and high maintenance rate in winter
Because of its low thermal efficiency, one-third of the heat energy is wasted, so the retreat rate of glass tube machines in winter is very high, and there are few repeat customers.
Due to technical limitations, its maintenance rate is high, and the glass tube is extremely easy to leak after maintenance, so the replacement machine is not maintained.
10. Use toxic asbestos as insulation material
The insulation material wrapped outside is made of asbestos as raw material, and this material is no longer used as thermal insulation material internationally, because this material will release a large number of toxic gases in the process of heating, and the second material is the main attraction of lung cancer.
However, due to the cheap price of asbestos, many irresponsible enterprises still use asbestos as a heating body insulation material.
