1. Features of electric stove wire
Electric heating wires are usually used in open-type household electric furnaces, often called electric furnace wires. The exposed spiral heating wire is embedded in the furnace trough of refractory ceramics, and its two ends pass through the small holes of the electric furnace and are led out from the bottom of the furnace pan, and the end of the electric heating wire and the power cord is sleeved with an insulating porcelain tube. In this way, as long as the electric furnace is supplied with 220V power from the power cord, the exposed electric furnace wire will heat up and burn to a fuchsia color, resulting in a temperature of about 800 to 850°C.

The electric heating tube is a special electric heating wire element on the electric kettle. It is to install a spiral heating wire in a round copper tube or a molybdenum tube, and then fill the tube with a magnesium oxide powder material with good insulation and thermal conductivity. After ensuring reliable insulation between the heating wire and the metal tube, the metal round tube is rolled thin with a tube shrinking machine to make the magnesium powder in the tube compact, and at the same time, the copper screw electrodes connected to the heating wire at both ends of the tube are sealed.
The electric power of commonly used electric heating tubes has various specifications such as 600W, 800W, 1000W, 1500W, 2000W and so on.
When using an electric heating tube, put an insulating rubber pad on each of the copper screws at both ends, let the screws pass through the mounting holes of the kettle wall from the inside to the outside, and then put a layer of rubber pads on each of the two copper screws. Tighten the sample with a nut. The electric heating tube is clamped and firmly installed with the wall of the kettle through a double-layer rubber pad, and is insulated from the wall of the kettle, and the installation hole is sealed to prevent water leakage. Apply 220V voltage to the two electrodes, and the electric heating tube will generate heat to heat the water in the pot, and the cold water will be boiled directly.
3. The electric heating plate is a special electric heating wire element for electric rice cookers
Its structure is shown in the figure (electric heating plate application structure), which is composed of cast aluminum discs, tubular wires, ceramic mixed filling materials, electrode pins at both ends of the heating wires, supporting screw holes and other components. First cast the annular electric heating tube into an aluminum alloy disc, and then further process the disc body to make the surface smooth. The cast aluminum disk has good thermal conductivity and greater mechanical strength. The disk surface is spherical, which can be consistent with the bottom surface of the aluminum pot of the rice cooker. The front of the heating plate as a whole is shown in the figure (application structure of the heating plate). A round hole for installing magnet steel is opened in the middle of the cast anchor disc.
When 220V power is applied to the two electrode pins of the electric heating plate, the heating wire will generate heat, and the heat will be transferred to the aluminum pot of the electric rice cooker through the cast aluminum disc for cooking.
