Analysis on welding conditions of red copper pipe

Dec 31, 2021

The welding steps of copper pipes are roughly the same as those of copper pipes. The difference is that the welding rods used for welding copper pipes are required. After the welding rods used meet the requirements, they need to be assisted by flux. The best choice for flux is powdery. The flame used when welding the copper pipe needs to be a carbonized flame. The soldering sequence is to first apply the flux to the location to be soldered, and then heat it. When heating, the carbonization flame cannot directly meet the flux. The heating position is between the red copper tube and the casing, and the flame nozzle is placed at this direct 2 point to move back and forth. After the copper tube is heated, the flux has melted into a liquid. At this time, the preheated electrode can be placed at the solder joint immediately. Once the welding rod has melted, move the flame nozzle directly back and forth at 2 points until the welding rod has melted into the gap.
