Tubular heating element for corrosive liquid is a new type of electric heater with strong corrosion resistance. 

It is used for heating and anticorrosive heating pipes of various corrosive liquids. 

It has excellent aging resistance and good winding performance, and adopts low surface load design. 

The connector adopts totally enclosed anti-corrosion acid-base, non heating section and overheating safety protection system, which are completely customized according to the customer's requirements. 

It ensures that the heater is not easy to burn, has a long service life, is fully sealed, does not corrode and does not leak electricity safely and reliably. 

Applicable temperature is below 110C. 

The anticorrosive heating pipe has excellent corrosion resistance: F4 is a chemical inert material, which can work in all media except Fluorine, molten alkali metal, chlorine trifluoride, uranium hexafluoride and Perfluoroethane under high temperature. Such as: all kinds of strong acids and bases, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sodium hypochlorite, naphthalene, benzene, aqua regia, chlorine, toluene, various organic solvents, etc.
