Working principle of Compressor Crankcase Heating Tape:

1. The number of circuits between the heating belt busbars changes with the influence of temperature, and when the temperature around the cable cools, the conductive plastic produces the contraction of micromolecules and causes the carbon particles to connect to form a circuit, so that the cable heats up.

2. The Compressor Crankcase Heating Tape  can automatically limit the temperature during heating, and automatically adjust the output power with the temperature of the heated body without any additional equipment. Electric heating belt is mainly used in high-power press, due to the high-power press starting torque, in the case of low temperature, refrigeration oil thickened due to temperature, forming a resistance, coupled with high current, it is easy to go wrong, so in order to ensure that there is no refrigeration oil resistance before the press starts, refrigeration oil is required to maintain good lubrication performance, to an electric heating belt press shell heating to maintain the best temperature of refrigeration oil lubricity, the general temperature is about 50 degrees.

3. The Compressor Crankcase Heating Tape and the AC contactor are normally closed in series, when the press is working, the heating belt does not work, and when the press is not working, the heating belt works
