Description

Polyimide heater (Kapton heater) and Transparent Heating Film is available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and wattages, it is a clear amber colored polyimide film.

The process for making flexible heating film is similar to that of Etched Foil Silicone heaters.

It is a high-temperature flexible heating element with excellent dielectric properties capable of operating environments between -185 degree celsius to 180 degree Celsius.

PET metal electric heating element is an electric heating element formed by making metal foil into various resistance circuits and sandwiching it between two layers of insulating sheets. Since the electric heating film generates heat in a planar shape, and it forms the largest heat conduction surface with the heated body, the heat generation and thermal conductivity are extremely uniform. Therefore, the metal electric heating film has more advantages than other heating elements in actual use:

1. The shape can be selected and the application range is wide. The thickness of the metal electric heating film is generally about 0.3mm. That is, it can be made into a flat shape or a certain shape, which can make the product smaller, lighter, and thinner!
