Description

The sauna heater parts heating element is mainly made of "metal tubular electric heating element. The outer tube of the liquid heating tube is made of nickel ferrochrome material, which has the advantages of high mechanical strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and difficulty in scaling. It can utilize the expansion coefficient of the outer tube. 1. The working voltage should not be greater than 1.1 times the rated value, and the outer casing should be effectively grounded.

2. The effective heat size must be fully immersed in water to avoid empty burning.

3. The scale on the surface of the pipe should be removed regularly to avoid heat dissipation and shorten the service life.

4. The components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is less than 1MΩ for a long time, the voltage can be reduced or the oven can be dried until the insulation is restored.

5. When the wiring screws are tightened, avoid excessive force.
