Description

Flexible Ceramic Pad Heater for Heat Treatment (FCP pad heater) and Flexible Insulated Ceramic Preheaters are mainly used for Weld Preheating and Post Weld Heat Treating.

Ceramic pad heaters are made of ceramic beads, nickel chrome wire 80/20 strand with cold tails(Nickel 212 wire)and make 60 amp twistlocks with insulated covers.

The mats are commonly made of 95% Al2O3. Their modular design permits a variety of element shapes, sizes, and thermal capacities to choose from. Most common elements are as follows:
