Description and Feature

The Heating Fabric introduces the patented Conductive Metal Yarn (CMY) into the Fabric.

The conductive yarn can be as fine as 0.27 mm in diameter. CMY can be easily customized in conductivity, strength, and thermal resistance in accordance to our customer's requirements.

By feeding the CMY into our textile manufactring process, our CMY is perfectly integrated with the fabric.

A flexible heating fabric is our end product. Amount of heat produced depends upon the environment temperature, heating area, input power, and CMY "pitch" (spacing between the CMY on the fabric). This is why our Heating Textile needs to be paired with an appropriate power source. Please ask us for support in this regard.

1. Soft, comfortable, flexible, wear-resistant, insulated and washable by water.

2. With Temperature control adjustment by 3 gears. Red light: high temperature about 45-50 degree, white light: middle temperature about 40-45degree, blue light: low temperature about 35-40 degree.

3. Time function: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds in the state of power-on to enter the 30-minute timer status, and the current temperature indicator flashes.

4. Safe to use: 8 W USB charged Electric Heating Clothes pad with high thermal conversion efficiency, Far infrared ray heat.

5 .Three Pieces of heated pad for clothes, vests, waists, abdomens, pets and so on.
