Order stainless steel mica heating ring to provide

1. Specific size requirements: diameter (mm) * Height (mm)

2. Heating coil voltage: 380V, 220V, 110V, 36V, etc., customized according to customer needs

3. The power of the stainless steel mica heating ring: we generally do it according to a square centimeter of 1.5-3W.

The mica heating ring is made of 0.3~0.5mm stainless steel and an iron sheet. There is a mica sheet with a high degree of insulation and refractory inside which is wound with a nickel-chromium heating wire. The heating wire core has a good insulating and refractory layer on both sides. It is formed by mechanical twisting, and it can be used when it is connected to the power supply. The voltage is from 110V, 180V, 220V, 380V, and the external heat dissipation surface is added with a heat preservation device. Stainless steel mica heaters are available in a ring-type and plate types.
