Description

Aluminum foil heating wire and freezer aluminum foil heater structure:

The heating element can be composed of PVC or silica gel insulated heating wire. Place the heating wire between two pieces of aluminum foil or heat-melt on a single layer of aluminum foil.

With self-adhesive bottom layer, it is convenient, quick and easy to install on the area where the temperature needs to be maintained. The aluminum foil heater is made according to its needs, and the size is therefore

Suitable for rated voltage below 250V, 50-60Hz, relative humidity ≤90%, ambient temperature -30℃～+50℃

3. Power deviation (deviation of resistance value) ≤±5%

4. Leakage current: Leakage current ≤0.5mA at working temperature;

5. Power deviation: the rated power under the rated voltage is ＋5%, -10% of the rated value;

6. Bonding and peeling strength of aluminum foil and heating wire: ≥ 2N/1min without peeling or falling off.

Note: A thermostat can be added. Holes are made on the material. Aluminum foil is connected to the grounding wire.
