Description
Various ceramic electric heaters developed by our company according to international advanced products have a very wide range of uses. Ceramic heaters are also known as flexible heaters in the world. They are made of high-quality nickel-chromium alloy wire cables and coated with high-purity alumina ceramic insulating parts to make crawler-type or rope-type heaters and other product forms. It can be made according to the shape and size of the workpiece, and can be spliced, bent, wound, and heated close to the workpiece, and the surface temperature can reach 1050 °C. It has the characteristics of a wide range of use, fast heating rate, high heat utilization rate, significant energy saving, low labor intensity, and convenient operation. It is suitable for various metal components, such as welding preheating of large towers, high-pressure vessels, bridges, and high-pressure pipelines, and stress relief after welding. It can also be used for auxiliary heating of chemical pipelines, vessels, etc. It is ideal local heating equipment.
The length and width of the crawler electric heater can be flexibly changed, and the corresponding specifications should be selected according to the geometric shape, wall thickness, and heat treatment process requirements of the workpiece. Installation instructions for crawler heaters:
1. According to the size of the equipment and the workpiece, it can be evenly arranged with a single component or multiple components. The fixing method during installation can be tied with stainless steel wire or bent into a tightening ring shape, and then fastened with screws in series.
2. From the consideration of temperature requirements and energy-saving, the outside of the heater should be covered with insulation material of 6-8cm and a temperature controller.
3. The heaters are not allowed to overlap during use, so as not to form an overheating area and affect life. Be careful not to break the porcelain parts, so as not to expose the electric heating material and affect safety.
4. The heated workpiece must be reliably grounded. The working voltage shall not exceed 1.05 times the rated voltage.
The complete heat treatment equipment for metal components consists of three parts, namely ceramic electric heater, temperature control box, and auxiliary materials.
1. Ceramic electric heater: the heating element, which is the source of heat when the workpiece is heated. The temperature control box is equipped with a temperature controller, which is used to control and measure the temperature of the workpiece, and the configured temperature recorder is used to record the temperature curve of the workpiece in real-time for the user to archive. At present, our company provides users with various types of temperature control boxes, such as ZWK, WCK, RWK series intelligent temperature program control boxes, DWK, TCS series computer temperature control boxes, LWK series temperature control boxes, etc. Users need to choose the ideal and practical temperature control box according to the heating range, heating process requirements, and on-site requirements.
3. Auxiliary materials: There are mainly KJ-type quick-connecting wires (connecting wires for the distance between the temperature control box and the heater, also used for 36V, 55V, 110V, and other heaters in series, and equipped with quick-connecting plugs), thermocouples (temperature sensors), used to measure the temperature of the heated workpiece), compensation wire (connecting wire between the thermocouple and the temperature control box), aluminum silicate high-temperature insulation cotton (to prevent heat dissipation)
