Incoloy Heaters:

Our incoloys range from 520mm through to 3048mm with various wattages available from 500w to 3000w depending on the incoloys length. We work with one of the countries leading suppliers of pre formed incoloy parts and have access to 100's of patterns.

Very similar in appearance to a standard cooker grill element we can form these heaters to your specifications and will also fit compression/braze on glands to enable a secure fixing in your application.

Suitable uses are immersion in tanks for bain-marie type applications wet or dry, areas where moisture may be present in the form of steam, may suit any liquid bath of non corrosive chemicals. Grill heater replacements for unavailable parts on salamanders etc. Blown air ducting for space heating etc.

Sizes 20.5" to 120" / 520mm to 3048mm

Thickness from 8mm to 12mm

Lead terminals can be fitted, brazed or bolt on.

Manufactured to your original part specification.

Special sizes can also be manufactured from a drawing or working sample.
