In Aluminum defrost heater, silicone wire is put into an aluminum tube and ends are sealed with silicone caps. It is waterproof and has a good heating performance.Temperature ranges up to 150-200deg C with power density from 15-40 watts / m.

These heaters can be shaped according to the requirement for different applications.

Put heater wire component in aluminum tube to form different shape components.
