PTC Cartridge Heaters Components for Equipment Design Cartridge Heaters PTC cartridge heaters are dynamic heating elements that combine heating and temperature control functions in one element.

Cartridge heaters are used when heat needs to be transferred directly to the vessel or the material inside the vessel. They pass through the walls of the container or are inserted into holes to reach the material to be heated.

The heater is embedded in an aluminum enclosure that offers a robust design and excellent heat transfer characteristics. Each is pre-wired for easy installation.

The pipe diameter is currently only 12mm. The 25mm is still open mold, and the length generally does not exceed 400mm.
